Privacy Policy
This policy explains how googli.ai collects, uses, protects, and shares information.
Last updated: April 2026
1. Information We Collect
We collect the information needed to create and operate your account, including first name, last name, email address, selected user role, email verification status, account creation/update timestamps, and a hashed password. We also store verification codes and password reset tokens while they are needed for account security flows.
When you use googli.ai features, we may collect the content you provide: chat messages, conversation context, uploaded chat images, selected language/tone/voice settings, text sent for voice playback, video files and related analysis outputs, spreadsheet or CSV uploads for Intelligence, extracted table headers/rows, table profiles, chart plans, summaries, revisions, source filenames, and saved analysis sessions.
If you submit product feedback, we collect your ratings, written feedback, submission time, and, when you are signed in, the account associated with the response. We also collect limited usage telemetry for administration: completed chat reply counts, chat session IDs, user-role counts, and approximate location pings based on IP lookup, such as country code, region, latitude, and longitude. Private or local IP addresses are not resolved into a location.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to authenticate users, verify emails, reset passwords, provide chat, commentary, text-to-speech, video analysis, and Intelligence features, save your analysis sessions, return requested outputs, provide support, troubleshoot issues, protect the platform, and send important account or service updates.
We use survey responses, chat usage totals, role counts, and approximate geographic usage data to understand product adoption, improve the service, and support admin reporting. We do not use these analytics to sell your personal information.
3. How We Protect Information
We apply reasonable secure storage, access control, and processing practices designed to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. Passwords are stored as hashes rather than plain text. Access to administrative data, including survey exports and platform statistics, is restricted to admin accounts.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers that help us run the platform, such as hosting, database, email delivery, AI model, text-to-speech, video storage/processing, cricket data, and IP-to-location services. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the requested service or operate googli.ai.
Chat prompts, images, uploaded spreadsheets, video content, and generated outputs may be sent to the relevant AI, storage, voice, or analysis provider when you use those features. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect users, the public, or the platform.
5. Data Retention
We retain account records while your account is active or as needed for operational, security, and legal purposes. Saved Intelligence sessions retain uploaded table data, generated plans, and source CSV references so you can revisit prior analyses. Survey responses and administrative usage records may be retained for reporting and product improvement.
Chat history displayed in the floating chatbot may also be stored locally in your browser. Clearing browser storage or using app controls where available can remove local-only data from that device.
6. Your Choices
You may update account information through your profile where available, choose what content you upload or send to chat and analysis tools, disable optional voice playback, and clear local browser storage for local chat or interface preferences. You can contact us with privacy questions or requests about your data.
